The story is simple, engaging and an easy read … but none of this means that the content isn’t consequential and important.
So often CEOs are so bogged down in their businesses that they can’t take a breath and examine their strategic direction. This will kill a business and a CEO. The fatal trap can be cured following the steps in Carl’s book.
I enjoyed it so much, I wrote the foreword!
