Our Starting Point:

At the beginning, we had a modest YouTube presence. Our focus was mainly on LinkedIn, and we didn’t put much effort into our YouTube channel. We had long-form podcast episodes with basic thumbnails and titles. As a result, our views and subscriber count were low.

The Big Change:

In 2024, we decided to change our approach. We launched the $4 Million Strategies™ Podcast, a daily four-minute podcast for business owners. We also started creating YouTube Shorts, which are short, engaging videos that can go viral quickly.

Key Strategies for Growth:

• Daily Content: We started posting content every day. This consistent output kept our audience engaged and coming back for more.
• YouTube Shorts: Adding Shorts to our content mix boosted our visibility. These short videos helped us reach a wider audience quickly.
• Optimized Thumbnails and Titles: We learned the importance of attractive thumbnails and compelling titles. This change increased our click-through rates.
• Engagement and Consistency: We engaged with our audience regularly. This interaction, combined with consistent posting, helped favor our content in YouTube’s algorithm.

The Unexpected Setback:

Just as we were celebrating our success, all our videos vanished! Only our Shorts remained. This was a shock, but we took it as an opportunity to improve. We decided to re-upload our content with better thumbnails, titles, and optimized keywords.

Moving Forward:

We’re now re-uploading our content, equipped with the lessons we learned. Our next goal is to reach 10,000 subscribers and build a thriving community on YouTube. We’re committed to providing valuable content that helps business owners and leaders succeed.
