Sometimes, when you set out to build something new, doing things the way that they’ve always been done just won’t cut it. If you want to end up with different results, you need a fresh approach. But how do you figure out where to start?
As a physician, Dr. Seger Morris can tell you how structure dictates function in the human body. However, as an innovator, executive, and educator, he would tell you that the relationship between structure and function doesn’t stop at the body. If you want to change the way a system functions, you might need to change the way it’s structured — in life, relationships, and business. Don’t just take his word for it; Dr. Morris is working to bring innovation to one of the most highly regulated industries out there: healthcare.
In this episode of the Measure Success Podcast, Carl J. Cox joins Dr. Seger Morris to discuss a new approach to modern medical education and a different way of looking at healthcare.
