Here’s how to become that 20% that succeed.

Whatever your goals, whether you want to expand your network or become a first-time homeowner, there’s a way to turn your goals into actionable tasks that move the needle forward.

I’m talking about SMART goals — a goal-setting framework that helps you achieve your goals.

SMART stands for:

🎯 Specific: Make your goal specific — you should know exactly what you want to achieve.

📏 Measurable: Find a way to measure progress (followers, money saved/month, etc.)

🏅 Achievable: Make your goals challenging but possible.

🤹‍♀️ Realistic: Your goals should be realistic (you must be very honest with yourself)

⏱ Timely: Give yourself a deadline (end of year is not good enough — break it down into smaller chunks, e.g., each week, each month).

Apply this framework to your goals, and you will set yourself up for success. And the best part is you can apply it to all goals, professional or personal.
